("EMT"), in relation to the purposes of processing that require express consent, the creation and management of the user account through mPass and the subscription to EMT's own services. For municipal and third-party services integrated in MPASS, the data controller will be the one that appears as such in the privacy policy that can be consulted beforehand in the extended information.

Purposes: We process the personal data you provide us with in order to manage your relationship as a registered user of the EMT MobilityLabs platform.

EMT may process them for the purposes indicated in the box provided that the data subject has given his or her express consent by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

Rights: The regulations recognize different rights, such as the right of access to your data, the right of deletion, the right of rectification, the right to limitation of treatment and the right of opposition. In the event that you are over the age of 14 and under the age of 18 during the registration process we will request the contact details of your parent or legal guardian so that from their mPass user account they can give consent to the processing of your personal data, accept the terms and conditions of use on your behalf and accept the linking of their credit card or bank account as a method of payment for the services you use mPass.

I agree to receive commercial communications and satisfaction surveys via email, SMS and pop-up notifications in the APP (push applications) relating to mobility services integrated in MPASS in which the user has not registered and to offer combined mobility packages in services integrated in MPASS whether or not the user is registered in them.

Only for adults I give my consent for EMT to carry out a mobility profiling regarding my activity as a user in order to adapt the mobility services integrated in MPASS to my preferences and to show me information about mobility incidents on my usual routes. Under no circumstances will my personal data be used for commercial purposes.

To revoke the consent granted, you must access your personal area in the mPass APP and follow the steps indicated.
